EIBS are pleased to announce that following a rigorous OJEC (Official Journal of the European Communities) tender process Sussex Health Informatics Service (HIS) in partnership with its customer organisations have selected EasySite™ CMS as the Content Management System of choice for NHS trusts in Sussex.
The Sussex Health Informatics Service (HIS) provides IT and associated services to NHS member organisations across Sussex. The HIS members primarily comprise the Acute Trusts, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Trusts, Primary Care Trusts and other associated NHS organisations within Sussex.
Under the terms of the three year agreement Sussex HIS & EIBS will be creating and deploying websites, extranets & intranets for the trusts. By selecting the community version of EasySite CMS, Sussex HIS will be able to create an unlimited number of sites using just one version of the software.
Preferred by non-technical users for its ease of use and WYSIWYG content editing, EasySite CMS will help to ensure the successful launch and maintenance of each new site project. Along with the feature rich core system of EasySite each trust will also be able to choose from a library of advanced functionality modules. By opting for modules including the directory builder, form builder and discussion forums each trust will have the ability to create interactive sites that encourage dialogue with local users, staff and practitioners.
