South Birmingham Community Health provides high quality accessible and responsive community and specialist NHS services within South Birmingham and beyond.
The organisation is the health services provider arm within South Birmingham Primary Care Trust and is in the process of separating from the commissioning arm, which is called NHS South Birmingham. They have been operating as an independent organisation, within the PCT structure, since April 2008.
