Optalis - Powered by Easysite web CMS

Optalis are a new local authority trading company, owned by Easysite customer Wokingham Borough Council. Only the second of it's kind in the UK.

As an independent company, Optalis provide care and support services to older people and adults with different types of disabilities in surrounding Local Authority areas. Offering support at home, help with planning care and support packages, running community support services such as support packages, as well as care homes for older residents.

Optalis proudly provide a quality and trusted service through their experienced and highly-trained workforce, excited by their new status as an independent company. As well as their brand new status they’ve also got a brand new website, powered by Easysite web CMS. With so much support to offer they needed a CMS which had the ability to house and manage all their content and be accessible to all kinds of visitors; some whom may have sensory needs.

W3C Priority 2 (AA) accessibility compliance is standard for any Easysite powered website, as Easysite automatically generates valid XHTML and compliant CSS. It has integrated accessibility and readability tools built into its editing toolbar, so accessibility can be generated on a page by page basis.

This means that Optalis can have a great looking website and provide online accessibility for all visitors.

But don’t just take our word for it, take a look for yourself.
