People come to your site to find information. Whether they are researching a product purchase or determining if you provide the services they need, its hugely important to find out whether their visit to your site was a success or not. That's why we've built in a flexible comments and ratings system into the core of EasySite™ CMS.
For any particular page of content you can switch on comments and/or ratings. The comments system lets visitors comment on the page they are viewing, comments can then optionally be moderated and published if desired, or just stored within the system for managers to review on a regular basis. The comments system lets you turn any page on your site into a blog that people can then contribute to.
The ratings system lets you define a ratings scale that visitors can use to rate your content. The EasySite™ feedback system lets you gather important statistical, quantitative and qualitative information about your content, your company, your products and your services. This information can then assist you to improve your information publishing, making it more timely and relevant to customers requirements.
