Multiple Image Versions with EasySite Automated Custom Image Sizing

Images play an important role in the look and feel of any website. With EasySite CMS you have the power to control image sizing and created custom sizes for all your site images. Within the asset manager multiple images sizes can be created and rolled out on a site wide basis allowing authors to select the size that best fits their page layout.

An image needs only be uploaded once and the system then automatically creates versions based on the custom sizes defined by site administrators, all variations can then be used across the site wherever and whenever you need them. With image customisation you not only save valuable time, but also ensure that images across the site are uniform and in-line with your organisations brand guidelines.

Once the original size is loaded into the asset manager the custom sized versions are automatically generated and made available to use on site pages.

Image editing suite

The EasySite Asset Manager includes an image editing suite allowing you to crop, resize, orientate and add text to images. Manipulated images can then be saved as either a new digital asset within the EasySite Digital Asset Manager or as a replacement for the existing image – in which case all instances of the image in use on the site will be updated with the newly edited version.
