Manage the recruitment process via your website

Recruitment can be an expensive process but with the growth of the web as a job search medium you can reduce the costs of finding the right people.  To assist you we've created the EasySite™ Job Vacancies module.

Job Vacancies lets you define searchable directories of positions across your organisation,  for instance each department can manage their own vacancies with workflow processes to ensure approval by the Human Resources department.  Each department can define the information they wish to capture  - so your IT Department can capture focussed  information about the  applicants technical qualifications and experience, whereas your graduate recruitment department can tailor their process toward academic qualifications.

Responses from applicants can be forwarded across your organisation as required with back-end management reporting keeping you in touch with the success criteria of recruitment campaigns .

Creating vacancies

A vacancy list can be created which might for example contain all vacancies for a certain department, e.g. sales.  Each individual vacancy can then be added and assigned the following information; reference number and title, job description, contract type and duration, salary, location, hours, closing date and contact details for applicants.  In addition the EasySite digital asset manager can be used to upload further documentation such as full job description, person specification and an application form.

You can choose when the vacancy goes live through page scheduling dates and vacancies can also be amended and deleted as necessary.

Vacancy categories

Categories can be assigned to vacancies to allow similar entries to be grouped together.

To be displayed on a web page the Vacancies element must be dropped into either a specific page or template.  You can then determine the information to be shown on the page for example whether a particular vacancy list or category is to be shown.

Vacancies can be searched by site visitors via category, viewed through an A-Z listing.
