Creating and managing mailing lists

Mailing lists can be created and assigned to one or more administrator defined categories.  Subsequently, registered website visitors can sign up for the list and receive email confirmation (optionally also sent to the mailing list administrator).

Administrators can also manually add, delete and make participants inactive at any time.

Creating a mailshot

A mailshot is created by selecting an appropriate Mailing list category, choosing a pre-defined email template that brands the header and footer, and authoring the body of the message.  The author uses a simplified EasySite Content Editor to insert text, tables and images into the message.  In addition, the email can be personalised through the use of pre-defined registration fields (e.g. first name, surname).

After the mailshot has been sent, the Mailing list module shows summary delivery data statistics including number of errors and number of successes

Update your visitors with regular targeted Email campaigns using the Mailing List Module

Keeping in touch with your customers and letting them choose what information they receive from you are two of the most important requirements of modern electronic marketing systems.  That's why we created the EasySite™ eMarketing module to assist you with your online marketing campaigns.
