The West Middlesex University Hospital (WMUH) is a major acute hospital in Isleworth, West London, providing a full range of hospital services to residents of the London Boroughs of Hounslow, Richmond and Twickenham.
Their vision is to become a first class hospital for their community and to provide high quality care in every way. Part of the initiative to reach their mission included a relaunch of their website.
Using EasySite WMUH built a new website that provided valuable information for patients and healthcare workers. The local community was able to visit the site to learn more about the services offered by the hospital as well as specific information on hospital stays, support services and outpatient services.
The site also includes a full A-Z listing of all clinical services available at the hospital. For each clinic site visitor can read information on the clinic’s services, operating times, location, contact details and the clinic team.
The Results
WMUH’s successful website relaunch resulted in a fresh and modern website for the hospital. All site information was up-to-date and the scheduling system allowed site administrator to ensure content freshness.
The WMUH site is very easy to navigate and all information is well structured. The integrated search engine assists site visitors to find specific information and related documents available on the site.
