Content Management Support: EIBS Support Services for EasySite CMS

Support from the experts - by web, email and phone

Customers can obtain help and advice via the EIBS Help Desk at any time during office hours. The Help Desk is contactable by Support Feedback Form (the preferred option), Telephone, Email, or Fax. Additional support outside these hours can be obtained via special arrangement.

Our front line support team are available to answer queries related to any EIBS product or services. Our support team will work with you to ensure any issues are either resolved or escalated to our specialist development team. We ensure that issues are resolved in accordance with rigorous internal service level agreements.


The EasySite Help Desk is available Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm (except public holidays)

  • Personal portal and information subscription management

  • Special Interest Groups

  • EIBS & EasySite News

Customers can register for the information that they are most interested in and receive an automated email digest of relevant content as it is added to the site.  Discussion forums allow customers and EIBS to communicate online on both on specific EasySite products as well as special interest groups. 

Currently the site has special interest groups for NHS, Government, Accessibility and Search Engine Optimisation.
